Important information
Reception opening hours:
Die Rezeption ist bis 14:00 Uhr besetzt.
From 5 pm the service staff of Kantina Mediterran will answer the phone.
It may happen that the reception is limited on weekends and public holidays.
Therefore we ask you to send us a mail (h@hotelvalentino.at), which we will answer as soon as possible.
In order for you to take advantage of the numerous benefits of the guest card, we need all your data in advance.
- The rooms are ready for you on the day of arrival from 12 o'clock, on request also earlier.
- If you arrive and the reception desk is not occupied, take the 24h INPUT. (right next to the reception entrance) There is our key box with your room card. You will be contacted in advance to give you the code for the key box.
- Our restaurant is open from 5 - 11 pm and our staff will be happy to assist you with check-in.
- You are welcome to settle your bill at the reception 1 day before departure.
- Always leave your room key card at the reception when checking out.
- Costs for loss of the room key card: 45,00 € net +VAT.
- If the fire alarm is triggered by your own fault, you are requested to pay the fee!

If you book breakfast directly when you make your reservation, it costs € 18.50 per person/day. If you book breakfast afterwards, it costs € 20.50.
Tourism tax: 2,20 € per person/day
Short-term allowance: 5,00 € per person/day
Groups, companies, business travellers and guests with longer overnight stays: price on request
We have a limited number of free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Further free parking spaces are available in approx. 150m distance. (at the large public parking lot)
The hotel parking spaces may only be used during your stay.
- You are very welcome to pay your bill in cash or by EC card, Visa Card or Mastercard.
- A bath bag with bathrobe, bath towel and bath slippers can be borrowed for a fee of 9,50 €. deposit 45,00 €
